Dentist's eval/ wait time/ atmosphere The dentist was very detailed in his explanation of the planned procedure (implant) and professional. The wait was less than 45 mins. The waiting area was excellent...drinks and gourmet coffee were available for patients waiting , which I have never experienced in any dental clinic. After, the clerk ushered us in a private room to discuss details of the cost of procedure. The cost was more than I expected so, I am still deliberating whether to have the implants or not.

Greatly orchestrated pre- op , not all questions answered truthfully, I would recommend this place , post op was not prepared or notified of the amount of pain that was coming, other than that , the pain was managed with the appropriate medications and slept well. Staff was very comforting , with explaining of my bill and follow up phone calls.
Always a pleasure to visit with Doctor Herod. He is very attentive to his patients needs. Highly recommend Dr. Herod and his staff.
