Dr. Herod. Excellent. Staff---room for improvement
I went in for a cleaning and exam today. I found the staff to be professional and friendly. Dr. Galvan was awesome! I will definitely be recommending this dental team to all my friends and family.
While I hate going to the dentist ... I must say as a fellow heath care provider - it is nice to see how well the Doc & the DH/assistant worked together during this procedure. Enjoyable no... hurts like crap right now but that is part of it.
I called to be seen because I was having pain after an extraction. Dr. Herrod was able to see me right away. He took care of the issue and I felt relief instantly. North Babcock Dental Care has a wonderful staff. I'm glad I am a patient there.

The staff is both friendly and professional. This was only my 2nd visit since the change over/retirement from my former dentist and I am well pleased.
When you ask your patients to schedule an appointment time and we get there on time or before the set time please have the same courtesy and see your patients at that time and not have them waiting for long periods of time !
Such wonderful staff and doctor's. Very attentive to all of mine and my husbands needs. They work with you to get to your smile to where you want it. It has been a wonderful experience.
