I placed online order for pick up at the store. It was a rainy day so I was literally in and out of that place. The store has window for pick up orders but I was told to wait in the line with other store customer. I got my 2 items and quickly left. On Wed 8/10 in ********* **, a manager told me they cannot process a return for someone who is not a Loyalty Member. So, I would have to sign-up right then, or I would not be able to complete my return. I had one item, unused; and I had a receipt which was within 30 days. ULTA BEAUTY FIRST AND LAST TIME ! I will never shop here again in my life! I am so disappointed and upset. I shopped on May 31, 2022 for $294. After testing my products I decided to return a few that did not work well for my skin. I returned $128 worth of products back to the store on June 28, 2022. I had a hair appointment on July the 16th 2022. I was told to come at 10:00 am. I purchased a $200 + order. It said delivered on the 25th but I didnt receive anything. I reached out to customer service and he told me to give it another 24 hrs because sometimes it says delivered but gets delivered the next day (ridiculous). I reached out today and now this agent said that he had to submit the order for further review and I have to wait ANOTHER 48-72hrs to see what my resolution would be. Thats ridiculous!!!!! Ulta has AWFUL customer support for online orders. My order was returned without my knowledge, never even made it to my address. When I reached out to Ulta to figure out what is going on, they said they could reship it but did nothing to attempt to answer my questions to be sure it is actually delivered this time / why it was returned. They have bots answering their emails, same exact copy&paste response to my questions and don't even acknowledge that I asked a question.
