Our college daughter has been saving points with a goal of reaching ****, which she recently did. Her status in the past has always Platinum (therefore points never expire) but attending University in person this year has prohibited the ability to shop like she has in the past. Her status dropped to bronze (which she wasn't aware of). She was quite surprised when on Saturday she was home, went into the Ulta store and was told "sorry, your points expired yesterday." For the fairness of all of our guests, we are unable to restore all of the points that recently expired on her rewards account. As a Bronze member, points expire every quarter. Guests are able to see this information on their account online as well as on the bottom of their receipt when they check out in store. I made a purchase online through Ultas website and it was supposed to be delivered around 1 week ago. The package was being delivered by *** choice so it was supposed to be transferred to the post office.. except it never arrived. *** is saying they dont have my package and after submitting a case with **** they dont have it either. I did what any normal person would do and called Ulta.My interaction with multiple reps was abysmal. Really ****** off. I have been a long time Ulta customer and typically love the store. I also am a pro makeup artist and hairdresser so I come here to supply my product and tools to perform my job. I was in a store last week and the girl at the register told me I had $150 in rewards to spend before they expire on Friday (today) I also am not platinum member this year because they dont sell a lot of prestige brands I use so Ive had to go to sephora. I made a large purchase last week and was told if I applied for a credit card I would receive 20% back. I filled out everything in the store and applied. They made me use a different card to pay for my purchase and told me I could get the 20% cash back when my card arrived. The purchase was made in a different state. Now I am having nothing but trouble trying to get my money back. I have made at least a dozen calls and today alone I spoke with 5 different people at member care awards team. BUYER BEWARE! ULTA MIGHT BE SCAMMING! After reviewing Ultas profile on BBB. It seems as though there is an obvious trend with the company not rendering their services. There are multiple people with a similar story to mine. Their items either being delivered to a wrong addressor or an old address. Which very much makes it seem like an internal issue. This is regarding their **************** for website access. I was notified upon trying to login to my account (Platinum member) that my password expired and I needed to reset. I was instructed to click "forgot password" and I would be emailed a link to reset it. I have done this numerous times and do not get an email to reset. I am getting all other Ulta emails. My hair was ruined they offered me a FULL refund and I have been waiting since December and no one will help. I called corporate and they sent me an email saying the Full refund is credited and will take a few days and its a month later. I would not go to get your hair done several hundred and still not fixed and Ulta the least they can do is refund....

I have only been to Ulta about 3 times. I went at Christmas to purchase a gift and the clerk towards the end of my purchase asked if I would like to sign up for Rewards and mind you I had already put my debit card into the card reader and I said sure why not...I told her I probably wouldn't get to many points because I only go to Ulta maybe 3 times a year...I thought I was signing up for REWARD POINTS...well 2 months passed and I'm looking at my credit report and find that I had a negative report added...I'm like what?? There is nothing I need from ulta that will ever be worth dealing with them again. I placed an order online. Checked the tracking which said it was delivered. Go out down the road to check the mailbox. Nope. Not there. Thence starts an email circle of futility over the next few days. They tell me they're keeping the payment bc they show it delivered.
