The website reads free blanket with purchase but at checkout there is no mention of the blanket. I contacted customer service and informed me there is a $65 minimum purchase and they ran out of blankets. I informed them it doesnt show this on their website and they just kept saying sorry. I informed them is is click bait / false advertising. All they said was sorry. Horrible company, fraudulent.

They sold a product broken and after me driving to different locations where the same product in store were also broken, the employee recommended me to contact customer service in order to get that problem solved. For my surprise they didnt do anything about it said they couldnt ship to my home or honor the price I bought in case I wanted to try purchasing on line to see if I have a better luck, since the product I bought is broken in all stores! Had a horrible experience at the salon at Market ********* in ********, ***** on 12/4/22. Booked online for highlights and haircut. Appointment was for 11:15 am and I didn't leave the salon until 2:45. I don't have an long hair or anything out of the ************ seemed like the stylist working with me had no idea what she was doing which made me hesitant at the start and I should have gone with my gut. If you are considering opening an account with Ulta, ------- DON'T. -------READ THIS FIRST. This is quite possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with. In the 2 years I've had an account with them, I've had to call 4 times to have them reverse late fees that were THEIR mistake, and each one has been counted as a courtesy reversal on me! I've spent HOURS on the phone trying to get them to reverse the late fees they've charged me incorrectly and it's finally reached a point where they don't want to reverse them anymore. I placed an order for almost $200 today. Then 20 minutes I tried to cancel the order. I couldn't do it online so I called customer service within 25 minutes of having placed the order. The rep claimed that it couldn't be canceled and tried a couple of different ways and was unsuccessful. I asked to speak to a supervisor and literally ended up being on the phone with the rep and unable to get to a supervisor. WHAT KIND OF C*** IS THIS???? I will NEVER SHOP AT ULTA AGAIN?!?!

Twice I have had issues with this store. Last year they refused to sale me a product because I didn't want to give them my phone number. I asked for the manager and she said they could do the sale but corporate didn't like them not getting a phone number. Today I was told I COULD NOT return my product if I didn't give them my phone number. I said even if I have the receipt and they said NO. I think this is Illegal.

I have shopped at Ulta for many years and although their prices arent the best, they have nice deals every so often. I have shopped in the store as well as online. Their app and online site really need to have the ease of being able to cancel an order after its placed in the event that something was forgotten or a coupon did not go through. To who it may concern: DO NOT SHOP HERE EVER!!I was recently at a ************** store Ulta unfortunately, did not have the item at the store. After chasing this item down the girl was nice to order for me and have item shipped. Time goes by, absolutely no notification about this package being shipped. The Ulta website kept stating it was still in process. After having to call approx 12 people to get help and ringing corporate to get answers. They said it was delivered 2 days ago? The fact that I make a payment at 5:03 on my payment due date and you **** it late and force me to post it the next business day. People do work and pay their bills. You are scamming people for late fees. I will be paying off my account and closing it.
