My 10yr old daughter and myself have now completed the Thrive programme with Stevie Chan. it's been a fantasic journey we both have learnt skills to help us get through the rough times. I completed thrive programme with Stevie because i was suffering from anxiety and panic attacks. I had been bullied in my workplace and i was so overwhelmed and stressed, i was just lost. I had stopped working, stopped driving and had become scared to leave the house because i was experiencing so many symptoms of anxiety.
