am extremely disappointed with UKCS - UK Clean Solutions. The service was unprofessional from the beginning. They didn’t arrive on time and failed to inform me, which was very inconvenient.

After the service was completed, I noticed that some areas were still dirty, and the overall result was unsatisfactory. I reached out to their customer support to report the issues, but the response was slow and unhelpful. There was no proper follow-up, and no effort was made to resolve the problems or offer compensation. It felt like once they received the payment, customer satisfaction was no longer a priority.

The behavior of the staff was also disappointing. They were not very polite or attentive, and when I pointed out the areas that needed improvement, they did not respond positively. Instead of addressing the issues, they seemed uninterested and reluctant to fix their mistakes. This lack of customer care made the entire experience even more frustrating.

Another issue I faced was the lack of proper equipment and effort. It didn’t seem like they were using professional-grade tools or effective cleaning products. As a result, the cleaning outcome was very basic and did not meet the expectations of a professional service. I have seen better results from regular household cleaning than what was provided
