When the fitter eventually arrived, the job felt rushed and not as professional as I expected. There was no clear explanation of the work carried out, and the overall customer service was poor. For a service that markets itself as reliable and around-the-clock, I expected much better. I wouldn’t use them again

had a very disappointing experience with UK Tyre Solutions 24/7 Mobile Tyre Fitting & Repairs. The “24/7” promise was misleading, as I struggled to get a timely response and my appointment was delayed without proper notice. Being left waiting with little communication was extremely frustrating..

Horrific customer service! Beware!! I WAITED OVER AN HOUR BEFORE THEY CANCELLED! They will expect payment before any job has been sent over!! And if you state that you find that dodgy they will accuse you of ' 'abuse and a headache' and will cancel!! Unreliable, money hungry and theres no compassion!!! Do not bother!!!

Called in to get an air con gas charge. Informed me no leaks and the air con worked ok after the procedure. Came to try and use it a week later and no cooling at all. Went back to question it and they said they had no responsibility to check it and take the vehicle to a garage. Hmmmm
