I volunteered with this organisation for a year and during that time four of my college peers also started volunteering. They all left quite quickly as they found it difficult to get the required hours and felt the organisation was unhelpful and often hostile. I have found the counselling service to be exceptionally good, my Counsellor, Tom, has been incredibly patient, helpful and supportive throughout my many sessions with him. Although my time with your service has come to an end, I am aware that you can never be cured of depression etc, but you can improve the way you handle it, and Tom has helped me to be recognise the different ways of coping with my problems.
