Just the right support at the right time for me. It has given me the strength to have a voice.
I had a very good experience with them. The therapist assigned to me, Lucia, was warm and very accommodating. Despite having lesser time, due to my own reasons, than what would’ve been ideal, I felt like I was able to express myself to the fullest and gain something from the whole experience that has incorporated some positive changes in myself without feeling rushed.
Great to deal with, quick to get set up and helpful with any questions/queries. - For any one looking to get some first time counselling I would highly recommend.

I recently completed a period of therapy and wanted to share my experience.
