Very happy customer I recently ordered Cormar Carpet from UK Carpet Mills for 2 bedrooms, it was the lowest price I found anywhere after trawling the internet which I was thrilled about as this brand's carpet is amazing quality and not the cheapest by any stretch. I placed an order with this company and did not receive any email confirming the order. However, a few days later I checked my credit card and they had debited my account. I called the company to enquire and they told me that there was no order placed, as I would have received an email with an order number. It took a few calls - it's extremely difficult to resolve anything without an order number - before they accepted that they had taken money from my account.
