Do not purchase from this website it is a scam. They took my money, did not deliver the goods and have just had the cheek to send a false proof of delivery to the bank. Check out their business on companies house. It’s very telling and the scam continues. Shame for them I am like a dog with a bone when it comes to morals and ethics. They’ve messed with the wrong person.
Do not buy anything from this company. I have been waiting for 5 weeks for a refund on a faulty radiator, still not received. (and I know they have had the monies back from their supplier). Avoid
Worst service ever. Five weeks delay of the bathroom mirror stop answering back and no pickup the phone. I have to request refund from bank. Do not use them service!
Shocking company. Avoid at all costs. Took my money and clearly had no intention of delivering the product I purchased. Chased and chased but no reply and now they have emailed to say they have gone into liquidation. My only recourse is via the credit card company. The directors of this company should be prevented from reforming into another sham of a company .... keep an eye out!! It would be zero stars if it were possible to post withe zero.
3 years ago, I bought some bathroom accessories when i had my bathrooms refurbished & had no problems whatsoever at that time. Late last year, I ordered some replacement toilet brushes but when they arrived they were the wrong ones. After a month of emails & telephone calls, I was told the correct ones would arrive 4-6 weeks after the return of the incorrect brushes.
