Friendly and highly professional staff, an excellent range of Bathroom Furniture, and they provide information on Bathroom installer's, mine was excellent. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for a new Bathroom.

Can't speak for the items or the installation but I was very upset with the "Design" service. I made a booking to plan a design, was even called and asked to re-schedule which I agreed to, turned up for the appointment expecting to discuss styles and items they have and get an idea of pricing for the units, tiling etc. Instead the "Designer" barely wanted to speak to me, asked me for measurements which I provided hoping to maybe do up a render or something, but no, instead he just said not much you can do with this bathroom ... read more

BEWARE: this company charge to return unused items. As per builder requests, we ordered early to ensure items were ready when builders start. We over order to ensure no delay. However when trying to return items they want to charge £50 or 25% plus VAT. They’re good people, friendly service, but incentivising clients to throw away unused items is abhorrent with the state of the world.
