Excellent service throughout by both Chris and Rob! I had a problem with leak and damp underneath due to a grout/tile leak on the bottom tile in the en suite shower upstairs. Chris reviewed this in person and within 1 week this was fixed by Rob. Rob replaced the affected tile, grouted in between the tiles and then covered this with a waterproof sealant ensuring that the leak wouldn’t happen again. An excellent job from start to finish. Chris is very organised and planned the job really well and Jamie did a brilliant job and left everything clean and tidy when finished. Would recommend Bathroom Guru to anyone.
Chris installed our bathroom 10yrs ago and we've had no problems with it. Contacted him to fix a tap and toilet issue and he sorted it quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend.
