So, what's with the name? We might be a little "ugly" in that we go against the grain, but we like to think we're making waves in the coffee industry through doing good. We're a locally owned, Memphis-based roaster, and we've been doing our thing for three generations. We ethically source our organic beans for a fair and eco-friendly trade. My fiance and I were in a Memphis for the weekend and had the most awesome experience at the ugly mug. The service was incredible and so was the coffee and muffins. Thank you for making our weekend even better

I stop here everyday religiously, its the best coffee I have had in a long time! I limit myself to one cup a day and it's always Ugly Mug:) the staff are great and they know me and my kids by name!
Bought my "k-cups" for leaded and unleaded and they are awesome! Love that I can compost the grinds and then throw in the recycle bin! As well as they're a local business. Win, win and win!
