So, what's with the name? We might be a little "ugly" in that we go against the grain, but we like to think we're making waves in the coffee industry through doing good. We're a locally owned, Memphis-based roaster, and we've been doing our thing for three generations. We ethically source our organic beans for a fair and eco-friendly trade. The coffee is great. I’m just sick of paying way too much and getting a little over half a cup of coffee. Will be going to Starbucks from now on.
Was in Memphis today wanted to visit and try out the coffee, it was awesome and service was friendly. We visited this morning and before heading bank home we stopped again for a Nitro Cold Brew, it was awesome!!! Can't wait for our next visit:)

I go here every Tuesday before or after a weekly doctor's appointment. It's my favorite part of the day/week! The baristas are so sweet, and my drink (blue suede macchiato) is amazing every single time. I even got my dad, who absolutely hates coffee, to try my drink once and he liked it! I'm not usually able to stay to drink my coffee, but the shop is so cute and cozy, so I hope I have a chance to hang out in there some day. I'm so bummed that I didn't start coming here earlier.

After spending 20 minutes in the drive thru I made my way around a huge SUV to get on with my day. As I call to tell them how displeased I was, the person on the phone couldn't muster up enough care to make me believe she was a tad bit concerned about my bad experience. I get coffee from here several times a week and now I'm just going to make my own. I wanna support local, but I won't wait for 20 minutes behind two cars and then hear the most severely underwhelming "I'm sorry."

We are a bit different from major coffee shops in that we craft drinks by hand. Yes they are more authentic and taste better , but unfortunately take a little longer to make. My daughters turned me on to your coffee in Memphis awhile back. The service was wonderful, and although I have tried your many different flavors, Hardy Passion is my favorite! I was so excited when the Kroger in our small town started selling it, but always run out, because I'm always telling people how good it is!
