I am very happy with my Nissan Leaf! The experience at the dealership was very good. Tim Puentes is a Leaf owner and could tell us about driving an electric vehicle, some tips, hints, etc. The negotiating and paperwork took some time, but that is to be expected. I am enjoying driving my Leaf and I am very happy to not be purchasing gasoline or having oil changes. There was a slight problem when we learned that the trickle charger didn't work. Tim sent a courier with a working charger the next day, and everything is fine.
New car This is my first Nissan, I have family members that drive Nissans and said how they like them and now I'm one of them. Chris Rocke was the salesman that helped me and he did an awesome job and I also give credit to Ivan Waters. In the future I will go back. I love my car and thanks to the Nissan team.
Buying a truck!!!! My experience at Uftring Nissan was awesome!!!!! The way I was treated from everyone maid me feel like family!! Chris Rocke was amazing!!! Have always bought most of my vehicles there and would continue to recommend them to everyone! Very professional and knowledgeable.
Great experience buying certified I have given them 5 stars as a result of my purchase experience. Adam Medina was a very helpful sales consultant who gave us the time we needed to find the right vehicle and helped us get a certified vehicle. I never felt pressured while working with him. I only hope that the service center for the maintenance of my vehicle can live up to the same standards.
Super nice and helpful If you get a chance to work with Megan you will be Pleased! The dealership did not have what I needed but she was very helpful and nice to work with! If I am in the market again I will ask for her.
Super Car Experience I spent a year looking for a car to replace my Grand Prix which I loved. Needless to say I visited several dealer and test drove several different types of cars of a verity of manufactures. I started working with Kramer Poulsen in December looking for the right car. So very pleased This is my first Nissan and I absolutely love it. I met my sales rep Megan Fowler she was very helpful and made the car buying experience a completely wonderful experience so much that my husband went back 4 days later and purchased himself a brand new vehicle also. The finance manager Ivan Waters explained everything to us answered all our questions we never once felt pressured the whole experience was great.
