Excellent Service I shopped there multiple times over the course of a week, occasionally without much notice or before sales hours. Scott was more than willing to show up early to help us or to have another friendly sales representative assist us. This was my first experience buying a car from a dealership, and I don't imagine I could have done any better.
I bought 2 cars 5 months apart from this dealership I had such a great experience buying one of my daughters a Nissan Rouge I decided to return 5 months later and buy my other daughter one as well. Both the Sales Manager Todd and Salesman Kramer were great. Not pushy at all and did everything to make sure the vehicles were in top shape before I purchased them and left the dealership. I will definitely recommend this dealership and will buy here again if and when the need arises.
Excellent sales department I've purchased 3 cars from Chris Rocke and he has always been very helpful and professional. He knows his product very well and does not use pressure to sell.
Rogue totalled = New 2016 Murano The one thing I didn't want to do was buy a new car, especially after just paying off my Rogue. Life being life things don't always work out that way. I've owned a 2007 Maxima & 2012 Rogue, bought a used 2008 Versa for my daughter and helped her fiancé purchase a 2015 Altima. Tim Puentes has been our sales person for all but the first purchase. Always take care of me Bought my first Altima 2 years ago from Scott Harris and loved it. I've had a great service experience when bringing my car in and have always been really happy. Scott stayed in touch with me to make sure I was happy with my car. Unfortunately I was in an accident and my car was a total loss. Why I keep going back I have bought several cars at Uftring Nissan. Cars were great but I keep going back because of the people. Chris Rocke. I feel very comfortable working with his I believe he truly wants to satisfy the customer. He knows what I like and what is important to me. New car sales Stopped in the Nissan dealership to look at purchasing a new vehicle. We were promptly greeted by salesman Wesley Fischer. He was very friendly-not pushy which was great in my book. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. Worked also with Ivan Waters in the finance department. That process was very seamless. Overall had a great experience and love the Murano!
