Excellent Sales Service and Communication! We found a car online and drove, 183 miles from Palatine IL. Lettie, the online manager, was very helpful in providing all the information we needed as well as very reasonable communicator, without making me fight for the deal. 3rd vehicle purchasedo here-all good! We have had excellent service here before, so returned to trade for new vehicle.. Minimum hassle, maximum results in our opinion. They didn't have exact model(Mrs. knew exactly what she wanted), so Uftring found it at another dealer nearby. No problem

Wonderful staff My wife and I were welcomed as soon as we got out of our car. The sales rep was very knowledgeable about the vehicles that we were interested in. He was interested in what we wanted to look at and not trying to sell us something we didn't want. After we purchased our Nissan Altima we were given a tour of the service department and explanation of all of the services that they provide. Overall the experience was great and we will be buying from them in the future.
Good customer service. We have purchased 2 vehicles from Chris Rocke. The culture seems to put the customer first and Chris works hard at this. He makes the stress of purchasing a vehicle go away with his emphasis on getting the customer what they need. We will return again when our younger daughter is ready. We have purchased 3 vehicles from Uftring Nissan and haven't had a bad experience yet.
Easiest car purchase ever. Chris and Jason were the nice sales consultants? to work with. They made purchasing g a new car easy. They were patient in helping me learn how to use all the features they came with the car.
Beyond amazing I was beyond terrified to buy a new car. The guys that helped me...curt gleichman...ivan..abe...and joe??(Sorry if im wrong) were the most patient helpful guys. Never once did i feel pressured. I had a rough past with a car and they were so reassuring with everything.
