Relaxed, professional, friendly. Tim Puentes sold us our Altima three years ago. We so liked his demeanor and fairness that we sought him out for a new Maxima, replacing our other non-Nissan auto. Patience is also one of Tim's virtues as he answered our questions over a few days. Another factor is the good service at reasonable prices for scheduled maintenance that occurs over time, and another Maxima we previously owned.

Everyone was so helpful Chris was our salesman, but Kramer was a big help, as were others who just stopped by during the process to offer coffee, water, etc. Did not feel pressured to decide about anything in a hurry.

Sales Sought out Mr. Tim Puentes. He is a true professional of his trade. We bought our first Murano from him and would have been remiss to try and make a deal with anyone else for our new one.
