1st time return customer to any dealership! I am not a huge fan of the car buying experience but my husband enjoys it more. We are also ones that haven’t been loyal to one dealership in the past and go wherever the vehicle is that we want. My Recent Purchase Just recently picked up my new Altima ...the fourth consecutive one from Uftring, and at this particular dealership. The process worked as advertised, if not better. I called my salesman, Chris, while on business travel, and let him know about my interest level. Good experience I was able to complete the review of the vehicle very quickly with Curt's help. We took it on a quick spin, then I was allowed to drive it home overnight and come back the next day to complete the sales transaction. I felt the whole process moved smoothly and all the dealership participants knew their role and executed their role very well.

Very positive, professional, and welcoming experience We have purchased 3 vehicles from Uftring Nissan, and have had a great experience every time. Their staff is professional, courteous, and patient. Tim Puentes, in particular, is an excellent salesman who listens and works with you to get the vehicle you want. I would describe him more of an agent than salesman as he works with you without the pressure and distractions of stereotypical car sales. We highly recommend Mr. Puentes and the Uftring team.

Lot's of patince and free soda! We visited Jasen 2 times, both at nearly closing time. Both times he was patient and took time to ask questions about our needs and helping to search for vehicles in our range. He was fun and engaging with us as people and did not treat is as a "sale". We loved all of the free soda and the test drives - even in the storm.

Overall great experience! Curt was very easy to work with and explained everything we had questions about. The experience first started with Kristen and Lettie who provided awesome service and communication, even after hours! Curt took over once we got to the dealership and was just as helpful. I would highly recommend this dealership along with Curt. AJ was great when we moved along to the finance office and was easy to work with and very knowledgeable.
