Had an issue with my car and went in first thing in the morning without a booking. They were absolutely amazing – checked for leaks, did refills, and explained everything clearly. The service was quick, friendly, and professional. My friend recommended Udalls Garage to me, and I’m so glad I went – highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest and reliable service!
Totally recommend Mark and Tom. Brilliant mechanics, lovely people.
Staff were dishonest about price, and didn’t even get the problem diagnosed correctly after charging an extortionate amount to supposedly diagnose the issue. Don’t trust this place at all.
This is my first review of this garage, which I have used exclusively for the last 11 years. Since 2014, Mark and Tom have taken care of my Ford fiesta Zetec, which hasn’t broken down even once. I have been to this garage a few times and the customer service from the older mechanic has always been really unprofessional, especially on my last visit. My car had broken down so I rang up and explained what the aa driver had said to me, to which he responded very short with me over the phone. I asked if he could fit me in for a look soon and he said not until next week.
