Feedback is for UC Irvine Endocrine practice at the UC Irvine campus. My provider is Dr. Choi and this is regarding the Office Staff in the practice at the main campus. Extremely disappointed with UCI health. Was instructed to see a renal dietitian by Dr. visited with the dietitian for 45 min. She sends me some recipes from Davita and I get a bill for $747. This is ridiculous. They collect harder than the IRS btw. Not pleased at all with this organization. I don’t recommend them at all.
The doctors are very good but the UCI Billing Department is deceptive about their “split-billing” policy. Make sure you know that you will be billed for a doctor office visit AND an outpatient hospital facilities use. These are two separate insurance benefits and the latter can lead to big bills after the visit depending on your insurance plan!! UCI Health paperwork is very subtle about this fact, BE INFORMED!!!
ABSOLUTELY WORST HOSPITAL IVE EVER BEEN TOO! This hospital is a JOKE. Staff here including doctors make so many mistakes. The nurses at the ORTHOpedic department don't know what they are doing and they're very very rude! Everyone I've encountered kept making excuses and I've had to come back here serval times for stupid paperwork mistakes that they cannot seem to get right! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!! They never follow up when they say they will. It's just a big organized mess here!
RecommendedThese guys saved my life twice! Once with an emergency kidney stone removal through surgery and the second with Prostate Cancer and Dr. Thomas Alhering. He's the best in the world at what he does. The surgery center is as good as it can get. The nurses and equipment are second to none. I'm so glad to be living near a life saving place like UCI. Thank you UCI for my life.
You guys have been harassing us to pay a ticket for a vehicle we don't even own. I've never even been to California!!! Ever. In my entire life. When we provided the proof of sale and the title transfer paperwork, we were told it wasn't good enough. Texas state law (where we live and sold the vehicle over 2 years ago) DOES NOT require a seller to have a current address for a buyer. We have repeatedly tried to explain this to your bill collectors who have repeatedly told us we either have to pay this ticket or provide them inf... read more
Great team of doctors and nurses.
Dr. Boisvert and her team were wonderful. This was my first visit for issues stemming from a stroke 6 1/2 months ago. No other drs could give me any type of answer or even a guess. Dr. Boisvert gave me more info on this visit then all the drs I've seen. At least now I have something to look forward to in the future regarding my vision. I was told she was the best and she really is. Thank you so much
