As a nurse who brought my dad to UCI ER for the first time I am really disappointed with the quality of care provided by the staff here. This is not the standard of care I thought from uci.

stop with the deceptive billing practices...it is insurance fraud and doing a disservice to the people you claim you serve.
I went to UC Irvine Health in Santa Ana. I like my doctors there. They were nice and professional. I went to urgent care because a dog bite, they were not helpful and so the ER. I was pretty disappointed. But my primary doctor, Dr. Elizabeth is so caring about my health. Thank you and other staff for being so nice to me. We need more doctors like you.
Awful Patient Care..they have the worst Staff in the ER.
Dr. Wong in ENT department is top notch. I feel very comfortable in his abilities for my upcoming surgery.
