Horrible wait time. Procedure scheduled for 1:00. It’s now 3:00 and no doctor in sight.

There are great Doctors there but I have to say that the other departments especially the call center, the worst customer service ever. They are so rude and I've reported to the supervisor 4 times about how unprofessional they are. She doesn't care for the patients concerns cause she advised me she would take care of it and nothing has been done. That department and their actions show that they don't care for their clients.
I got my new kidney here yesterday and everyone of my team cared and knew exactly what they were doing. From the emergency room staff nurses doctors chest X-ray guy custodian to the hospital staff doctors nurses pharmacist dietary housekeeping lady social worker all showed their real happiness in my new kidney! May God bless them all!

I went to UCI for neuroopthalmolgy. A very special specialty. They have top notch equipment and workers. The kids are super smart and very well mannered. Dr Shields was wonderful, she knew just what to do 👍😊 so happy I went!
uci should be the leader of ALL medical center
“This hospital advertises it’s in the top 10? There’s a deaf patient there and this hospital is refusing to provide a live qualified sign language interpreter. A deaf patient who has had a serious injury is not being provided communication access. What a shame on this hospital that’s in the “top ten”. Smh.”
