15 hours after being admitted, I am still waiting on a room. Been to hospitals in 9 countries over the years and this is the worst patient experience ever.

this medical center does not care about their patients. they also post a lot of stuff about the virus and how they are taking all these precautionary steps, but their Emergency Room is a disaster. it is filthy. the staff working there do not sanitize high touch items and equipment between use. they allow patients to sit in the waiting room for hours, crammed together, not wearing masks. History proved that we used alcohol to disinfect wounds, and we pour bleaches into our system. 3% of salt keeps our fishes alive and well. Instead of trying to lock up people in their home, we need to educate people to strengthen their immune by going out and get sun for vitamin D and exercise. Thank god for this hospital. I am especially greatful and forever indebted to the doctors & nurses & everyone involved in my sons care. They all had an effort in saving my baby son's life. & a great big THANK YOU to Dr. Bernal. What an amazing doctor with amazing skills!! This hospital definitely gets mine and my families recomendation.
Horrible service!!! They do not help at all but will send you thousand -thousand bill for just check up. Do not trust them if they say "Your insurance will pay" It is just the key to get you to hospital. Very frustrated.
