15 hours after being admitted, I am still waiting on a room. Been to hospitals in 9 countries over the years and this is the worst patient experience ever.

this medical center does not care about their patients. they also post a lot of stuff about the virus and how they are taking all these precautionary steps, but their Emergency Room is a disaster. it is filthy. the staff working there do not sanitize high touch items and equipment between use. they allow patients to sit in the waiting room for hours, crammed together, not wearing masks.
