The Laboratory Department at the City Drive location is always full of patients. There is a long long period of waiting. Staff are not approachable to ask questions, and they take their sweet time. I had arrived in different times of the day and the Laboratory is always full of patients. The front clerks do not even in inform about the estimating waiting time. I had my second surgery here recently. And both times nurses were absolutely amazing. So kind, so patient, so caring, my nurse Michael A was the best. He took his time, was gentle, always asked if I needed anything and then did it right away...even with how busy he was....thank you for a pleasant stay especially being young, having no family here for support, nervous and terrified...
LOST - Friday June 9, 2017...my Grandma was in the ER (great service). We lost a bag of her jewelry that may have fallen out of our purse. If found, please return as there was a necklace that my grandpa gave to her before he passed. Thank you!!
