The Laboratory Department at the City Drive location is always full of patients. There is a long long period of waiting. Staff are not approachable to ask questions, and they take their sweet time. I had arrived in different times of the day and the Laboratory is always full of patients. The front clerks do not even in inform about the estimating waiting time. Highly recommend going to GHEI! Fast exams, they found I had the wrong prescription from another optometrist, and they have cute trendy frames.
They took out painful stuck eyelash n felt better immediately!! Uci has exlnt drs.
