Not a good service at all unless you want to do the work for them. My parents instructed them to handle the sale of their land and there were multiple delays throughout in which the director agreed with and assured this wouldn’t keep happening (even though it did). Updated: I am currently involved in ongoing litigation where Ubique Legal Ltd is representing the defendants. I believe the public deserves transparency based on what has already been officially submitted to the court. In the defense filed by this firm, they completely omitted the name of the letting agent who personally arranged the tenancy and interacted with us throughout, yet that same individual is later listed as a key witness.
