When listing items on your website be sure you have them in stock!! I ordered something for my son for Christmas and after taking the money out of my bank account, I was informed only via a refund email that I wouldn't be getting the shoes. No explanation as to why, so my guess is they didn't have them in stock. I now have to wait 3-5 business days to get my money back.
