Worst experience ever! Made order a week ago and still no shipment. Money was taken out of the account. Customer support is nowhere to be found. Wouldn't recommend this place to family and friends. Hope they go out of business soon.
I placed an order on March 2nd and its still saying processing on March 7th. Of course you took the payment out of my account but you haven't answered my email and when I call customer service I get no one. It says your too busy and to leave a message which will be returned the next business day which I doubt. I read the reviews before I ordered and most of them are bad but I still took a chance and placed an order. Bad choice on my end. I ordered shoes from Nike for my son. Nike cancelled my order the next day because the shoes weren't available. I found the shoes UBIQ'S website, ordered them late Sunday, got them today. Extremely happy with the promptness.
I replaced an order for a pair of shoes on 11 of february. sent an email on Feb 15 got reply saying it will be shipped soon and will got the tracking number. A week later still got nothing. I tried to to call customers service but no one pick it up (tried 3 days in a row). tried to send another emails, yet no one reply me!!! please contact me as soon as possible!
