this company is fraudulent, there must be an insider on the job. My credit card was hacked. I received 4 charges from this company almost $400 each and I've never placed an order or heard of them. I tried to call, no answer, mail box is full. I messaged via FB here and received a response someone would contact me. Never happened. I messaged again, no response. This company needs to be investigated by police for fraudulent activity especially after reading everyone's recent complaints.
One star because I have yet to hear back after countless emails about my order. Got an email saying order received but my PayPal is still waiting authorization. Emailed atleast 4 times no answer. CS line no answer, store line, guy was too busy because of an event and took my info. Haven't heard back. Will blow up the phones today.
This company is terrible they charge more then the suggested retail price for their items. There is also no way to contact them the customer service number doesn't work. I've returned a pair of puma slides over a month ago and am still waiting for my $100 refund. The website states 5 to 8 business days for a refund. Called the store they were nice but they couldn't help me because they told me they can't even get through to customer service. PayPal claim and I will never buy anything from this store again. Buyer beware
The worst customer service around. It took literally 5 phone calls, 3 voicemails and about a week in length to get a return processed. They dont really seem to care to get it better.
Ordered shoes 2 weeks ago, no confirmation email. A couple days ago money is taken out for the amount of the shoes, still no confirmation. Called customer service...oh wait, what customer service.
