I've been dealing with them for a few years now, going all the way back to when I brought the 2010 edition of All Gone. Great customer service and great employees too. Fast shipping is a plus too.
I'd give this place a 0 Stars if possible. Absolutely hate the way they go about customer service and satisfaction. They put no effort into replying to any questions or complaints and I will voice my frustration through all the social outlets that they provide. Never ordering from here again. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE.
I placed an order for New Balance Park series in Teal/white that were on sale, they ran $160 everywhere, except at Ubiq. I copped em for $99, I had read online that the shoe runs big in the toe box (not true at all) 1 size. I wear 11--so I grabbed some 10.5. They came in 2 days after order (quick!), didn't fit, Ubiq sent me a shipping label after I had told them I spoke with customer service who agreed with me about the 10.5 and I sent them back and purchased the 11's, they came two days later and I was credited on my accoun... read more
