I try to change my delivery adress and wasn't able to do it through their customer service, that was extremely rude and helpless. I called them 6 time to help me with my purchase but they always bounced me back with "I am sorry sir, we cannot help you with your order". You are a terrible store. Never again
It's been a week since I've placed my order and it hasn't shipped yet. Which is fine, but I've reached out to them via customer service email, Facebook, and Twitter. All I want is at least a little communication to find out what's going on with my order and I'm not even getting that. Seems like I'm being ignored, which leaves a bad taste in my mouth for the first time ordering from a company.
Very poor customer service. Took a few days to get a response. They really need to update their site, charged my card but canceled my order since they don't have the sneakers in stock.
Ubiq came THROUGH!!! Ordered Friday, got em in Tuesday down here in Charleston, SC! My shoes are DOPE af and u can't find em anywhere else! I'll be shopping with you guys more often! They arrived in perfect condition and packaged neatly! ❤️ Thank you!
They never answer my messages, expected more from a big website like you guys
Once customer service finally answers they are EXTREMELY helpful and kind. However, they do need to updated their website though. Online is says returns need a RSM but they no longer do. So I waited weeks for the RSM and finally called and found out that is no longer their process.
I have clicked unsubscribe to your marketing emails 5 times. Take me off your god damn list already.
Don't waste your time, shoes sleeping on their site when I ordered them they cancelled without reason and never answer to message RETAIL SCAMMING
