the surgery nurse staff are very rude and unsympathetic to patients and their families. the waiting room for families of people in surgery is very unhelpful. very upsetting at an already stressful time. they need better training on how to help ease the pain and stress that being at a hospital with your child causes.
What could they do to help? They could get me an appointment when I am sick! It is absolutely RIDICULOUS that in the city of Little Rock, UAMS cannot get me to any doctor for help, I WILL be outsourcing a new pcp! 😠😡😠😡
