i I say you should follow their recommendations to the tee and just know your where you need to be.I rate everyone at UAMS to be the highest in qualty medicine and the hospitable folks ever. My name is Ben Alan Brown on the morning of the 28th at approximately 300am I had a heart attack and then I was at UAMS and recieved the best care imaginable.Thank you.
This hospital puts peoples lives in danger when they are on Medicaid. My brother who needs life sustaining care is being forced to leave and my 75 year old father is being forced to take him. My brother will be at the very least 2 hours away from a hospital and my father is unable to care for him. This action will endanger both their lives and I will be suing the hospital.
Everyday I was there I got lunch anywhere from 1-3 hours AFTER they said I was supposed to get it. I had to ask for medication for nausea for HOURS before I finally got it. My discharge medications were all screwed up, I was never gotten back to as to why I had to be on 4 Lovenox injections a day for SIX MONTHS unnecessarily and after paying $100-200 a month for the past 6 months, they sent me to collections. If you can go somewhere else, DO IT.
I've had experience with several hospitals and UAMS is by far beyond any other.

My mother was in and out of UAMS on a monthly basis for almost two years. Her care was absolutely excellent. The staff became familiar with us to the point any where in the hospital I went they would stop and ask about my mom. If we had any special request they would try and met them. If we had concerns the worked to fix them. They are the reason my mom is still alive today. We 💕 love UAMS!!
