My experience was great. My team was one of the best.
I let people know that if they have complicated medical issues that other Drs are having issues taking care of, UAMS is the place to go- all of the specialists are in one place & they are wonderful at figuring things out! Also that they're great at taking care of rare medical issues that most Drs either have no idea what it is or they don't want to take care of b/c it's too complicated. First and foremost, Dr. Day has saved my life on two seperate occasions!!! But his staff yesterday made me feel like a king!!!! Dr Day was running about an hour behind schedule. So the check in nurse was making a circle to all the patients informing them of this. When Shaleeta(probably spelled this 💯 wrong sorry girl). I jokingly said..... I’d be a lot better if I had a cheeseburger!!!! Well about 10 minutes rocked on and guess what!!!!
