I used to use UAMS outpatient clinic. They let the PA I had been seeing for 5 years go during their layoffs. Afterward, I was shuffled from Dr. to Dr. I won't go back. I want a Dr. that knows me and my problems. I switched to a Dr. at St. Vincent's.

No certified headache specialists / headache center in the state.
Too many changes. It seems like Drs are always moving. I’ve had 3 Primary Care Drs in 3 years One of my other Drs said “ I fell into the UAMS Hole”😖🤭
Had a visit with the ER today with my father. We arrived at 230 and got out at 930. Seven hours to be told my father to get diagnosed with anxiety. The resident was a jerk and and half. The commitnent that UAMS has was not met at all during this visit. There needs to be much better time management and the providerss can have a lot more compassion then what was shown today.
Not letting pts with appts sit for over an hour in waiting area....been here since 8:45, had 9:00 appt.,10:07 now and still here!!! What kind of. care is this???? 8/29/2019 (radiation, cardiac, & pulmonary waiting area) It's now 10:10!!!! Awaiting your reply.

RecommendedI was sent here by another doctor and this is the worst treatment I ever got at any Hospital ever been to. the staff is very rude I did not even get a care package. my room floor have 3 days of dirt on it. A nurse try to give me someone else's ID band. everyone seemed confused and lost. and the food sucks I would not tell no one to come to this Hospital. sorry
