DO NOT USE. I rented a u-box from them to move my things from AZ to **. They didnt pick up my u-box to bring it to the facility until 4 days after it was dropped off (it was supposed to be picked up same day). Worse yet, no one even contacted me to let me know. I found out when I called them. My box was supposed to be delivered on 9/15 (guaranteed). It is now 9/18 and it still has not shipped from **. Again, no communication. I called them. They dont have any answers and have not contacted me even though I filed a complaint.... read more

I rented a Uhaul In August 2023 for a move for my daughter from ****** ** to ******** *******, for September 17, 2023. I filled out all of the online information and picked a location for pick up. My son would be flying to ** to pick up and drive the Uhaul to ********. I was sent the information that we were confirmed.
