The story is much longer than this as I've been trying to get this resolved for TWO WEEKS & have spoken to FIFTEEN people to no avail. I reserved 3 U-boxes & was quoted $1642.60 I asked the agent twice if the $1642.60 was my final total because I was comparing prices. She told me yes twice. I called back again because the price seemed low & was assured that was my all-inclusive *************** be no surprise charges/fees. They took a payment of $512.38 leaving $1130.22. DO NOT USE. I rented a u-box from them to move my things from AZ to **. They didnt pick up my u-box to bring it to the facility until 4 days after it was dropped off (it was supposed to be picked up same day). Worse yet, no one even contacted me to let me know. I found out when I called them. My box was supposed to be delivered on 9/15 (guaranteed). It is now 9/18 and it still has not shipped from **. Again, no communication. I called them. They dont have any answers and have not contacted me even though I filed a complaint.... read more
