When I filed the claim they denied my claim saying it only covers for damage to contents from accidents. Thefts are excluded. I reserved 3 U-boxes & was quoted $1642.60 I asked the agent twice if the $1642.60 was my final total because I was comparing prices. She told me yes twice.
