Do not rent a truck from them, you will be over charged

I almost never write a review but the experience I had with uhaul made want to give a negative review I recently made a reservation with uhaul and I made well in advance I wanted to pick up the truck at 10 in the morning so after loading I should be able to leave in the afternoon but a day before the pickup date they changed my reservation to a location that is almost 2 hours away from where I live and they changed it to 4:30 in the afternoon that means that an order to get my truck I'll have to drive two hours to get the tr... read more

Worst customer service in **********************. CEO and COO ***** big time. They are dinossaurs in a industry that requires more tech if they wanna succeed in this new world. Any uhaul you search on ****** reviews you will see there is a patern in their complains and CUSTOMER SERVICE is on top of them.

The customer service and assistance was awful. Every issue that came up I would call the main line and be transferred endlessly to the wrong department, Ill transfer you to the correct one or when I was transferred the line would disconnect. 80% of the employees were clueless how to address any issues. Extremely frustrating and very poor communication. I will not use uhaul again.

We decided to rent a van from Queensview location to do small moving jobs for our family. When my husband gave back the **** He was told There is a dent on the back of the van. And He will be charged for the damage. They were very inpatient And told him because he had signed his name, he has agreed the van was good and they can charge immediately without his permission. Well I have a storage unit at their U-Haul facility near the ******** on *************************** in ***********. I have on number is occasions been in there and there has been nothing in their bathrrooms for toiletries and also one of the bathrooms didn't have soap so I had to use the other one and then use hand wiping paper from the dispenser to take care of my bowl movement. This was one of the worst experiences I have had with a business. U-haul is a scam. My experience:- They downsized my truck the day before my move.- Charged me the rate for a last minute booking on my downsized truck plus I had to rent an additional last minute trailer at premium pricing.- Changed my reservation time the morning of and caused me to miss half my time scheduled with my movers.- Charged me for an extra day of use even though I returned the truck two days early.- When I tried to speak to anyone in customer servi... read more

If I could give zero starts I would. To start off moving is a complicated time already. I needed to rent a uhaul for 6 days. I was unable to book online and had to do it over the phone. Im a visual person. I was unaware that the $361 I paid was for one day, it didnt include the 5 additional days because it was a one way rental. I was only going ***** miles from where I picked up. The person on the phone did not explain that there was a different fee for doing a one way trip. Had I returned at the store I got it from I would ... read more

This company is very disrespectful in handling situations, moving my rental to a different location at the last minute. And speaking to you any kind of way the schedule Department the lady name is ******** I will never rent from UHaul again and will not refer anyone to use UHaul!!!!!!!!!
