Haley was super nice and helpful throughout this rental. I loved her whole attitude, and the fact that she seems to like her job and working with people. I was very nervous about trying to drive the 26’ truck, it was needed for the move but i immediately felt overwhelmed behind the wheel. My u haul experience started in central ks. The day before my reservation I get called that my truck is in a different city than I ordered AND not with the car trailer I ordered. That was at another location also not at the location I ordered from. I ordered weeks in advance. I ask if there is any way to get everything together in one place the answer is a HARD NO.
