Disappointed with the service here. Family has now come a couple times to rent an item that we have been told at other stores was available/the item shows up as available online. When we show up, we are told the item is not available. Very frustrating.
I reserved a 10 inch truck online and when I came to pick it up they lady told me that they didn't have it no more when I clearly seen one when I pulled up. She hopped in it and pulled off didn't even try to see if I was going to get a different truck.
