Andy is friendly and reliable and has always fitted me in very quickly and on the same day when it's been urgent, despite being busy. He was originally recommended to me by my neighbour and even waived the call out fee after investigating the problem and realising that it didn't need his attention. Since then, I have used him on several occasions and he has proved to be flexible, efficient and very reasonably priced. He good at what he does, he had good knowledge of what is possible and what can be done and not done. He won’t do anything that isn’t safe, he was straightforward with me about the work that I needed to be done, including the cost. He was always on time therefore reliable and won’t let you wait for hours.
