U Centre at Fry Street is appealing to the eye but it doesn't go much further than that. The walls are thin, people scream/fight all hours of the night, pull fire alarms continuously, property is destroyed each weekend, and the lab computers might as well be removed bc they never work. If you are looking to complete homework at night or get a good nights rest, I strongly discourage you from signing a lease here. Neighbors at UCentre are disrespectful and rude, not willing to coexist.
I lived here for a year , amazing new management, very peaceful and at times loud, but that's college for you. Was thinking of signing a new lease cause of the people and the staff here at U Centre Fry St.
This place is the worst! Do not live here! They rip you off completely! I should have never resigned, do not stay here.
