Do not sign a lease here. It is way overpriced for what you get. The day I moved in, I could tell the building was sloppily put together.. now I have cracks in my walls, water stains on the ceiling and doors that won't close. The gates are always broken, elevators break down all the time, and fire alarms always go off. Vandalism is an issue as well. Sign a lease somewhere else.
