The location is the best part about U Centre. The fire alarms gets pulled ever now and then. But the thing that made me the most angry is that when I signed my least I was promised a $150 gift card for signing early or something, but when the time came to pass the gift cards out they said I didnt sign at the right time even though I have proof that I did. But other than that it's a fun place to live as a college student.
Ucentre is a good apartment complex to stay at if you are looking for a place right next to campus. It gets pricey but that price brings with it quality. It has all amenities included, a gym, and even a parking garage! It's been nothing but kind to me, and I haven't had any of the problems previously berated by the residents back in 2013. All in all I would recommend it.
I've been living here for about a year and a half and I've loved it. I live in a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom floor plan and the design is really nice. It's in walking distance from the campus and from the bars on Fry Street. The management is really good about responding to maintenance requests and with communicating with the residents about anything going on in the complex. I would recommend any future or current students to live here because a student gets the best college experience possible.
I've had a great experience so far. Love the location and the parking garage comes in clutch. Only complaints would be such a high rent and the elevator under maintenance so often.

My daughter has graduated and is moving out of her shared apartment in Denton, steps away from campus, PERFECT LOCATION! and need a girl to take over my lease ASAP!! Near corner of Fry Street ! It is a 4 bedroom 4 bath, so you have your own bathroom. 3 other girls live here, All UNT students, very nice and clean! Steps away from UNT and Fry street nightlife!! The best part about this complex is the location. Management is poor (cannot stress this enough), and the complex is generally loud. The elevator is often broke and dirty (animal urine, vomit, etc.) Maintenance usually arrives quickly when a report is made. Parking garage is not secure and vehicles are often broken into.
Since U centre took over, the management has been tremendous and attentive. They answer calls and maintenance request much quicker! The location is amazing and extremely convenient!
