They are charging way to much money for the type of service being provided. Water supply has been suspended for over 12 hours and the only reply the management could give is "they are working on it". The entire community is out of water since morning now. I would not recommend this to others.
for the expensive money you pay, you have drug dealers in one apartment, loud mouths in another, you can hear people screaming though the walls. gun shots. its horrible

Hello all my fellow Dentonites. I'm looking for someone to take over my lease at U Centre at Fry Street for the summer starting June 1st! You'll room with 3 other girls in a 4 bedroom 4 bath apartment! Its just a hop, skip, and jump away from UNT campus with some delicious eateries right underneath the apartment like Chipotle, Yogurtland, Crooked Crust and much more!! Looking for a male to take over my lease at U Center Fry Street, Denton, starting August 21, 2015 through August 5, 2016. You will have a private bedroom and bath. It's a 4X4A, its fully furnished and has wood floors. The rent is $674 and all utilities are included. I will pay for the lease change. If anyone is interested in it message me and we can discuss more details.
This is a great place to live if you want to be close to campus and be near all of the bars/restaurants in the area. Overall, this is a nice place to live I just think that several things could be improved in order to make the the experience better than just "average". The main thing U Centre needs to work on is finding out how to stop the fire alarms being pulled, making it easier for our guests to get in the garage, and actually responding to noise complains.
Very good place to live. Has more pros than cons. Overall good place to live.
I love living so close to campus and the study/computer rooms are always available. The garage is a little hectic, but it beats leaving your car out in the open :)
