Had surgery here on 16/06/25 by Paul O'Loughlin. I was nervous as I had never gone under general anaesthetic before but staff put me at ease. Anaesthetist was friendly and put me at ease. Sorry I forgot everyone's name. The ODP on the ward put my cannula in with no problem whatsoever and he also made me a cracking cup of coffee afterwards. All of the staff were fab and I actually felt great after the surgery. Place was clean and service was efficient. Thank you all so much.

Disgusting receptionist! I believe her name was ‘Roz’. I have never seen such a terrible attitude in all my life. Not helpful, nor compassionate to people with medical conditions….
I had private breast surgery here with Dr Rob Thomas who is fantastic with a lovely bedside manner. If you’re looking for anything to do with breast surgery Rob is your man. Couldn’t be happier. All the staff were amazing. Big shout out to Charles who looked after me and kept my nerves at bay. If it wasn’t for him I’d of been waiting nervously. He is an asset to the company!!!
