Good people and good service.
Just had my 2008 Audi TT 2.0 TDI diagnosed and repaired by Tyneside Autohaus. The issue turned out to be a cracked boost pipe, which they repaired before carrying out a forced regeneration to unblock the DPF. Very pleased with the quality of the work, quick turnaround, and fair pricing. The staff were professional and welcoming, kept me updated throughout, and communicated clearly from start to finish. Highly recommended!
DSG service done by them, gear changes are flawless now. big improvement.
Booked my vw Tiguan into the garage for an issue with the stop start and the guys were great. Sorted the car and were really helpful .. I highly recommend them and will be bringing my car back for all future work, same goes for my girlfriend and her Audi A5 .
I'll keep it simple. This place is perfect. Great bunch of friendly, knowledgeable and highly competent technicians. They'll be servicing my R8 for many years to come. Unless wor lass throws it backwards and on fire through a hedge of course.
