I have a Chausson 640 Titanium Ultimate and recently had the need to order a replacement corner leg section plus transfers. From the start of the process Barry from the parts department has been extremely helpful in ordering right up to collection.It’s a pity we actually live in France as I would certainly use this centre for everything going forward. Visited today looking to buy a used motorhome, a friend had recommended this business to us. On arrival it wasn't very obvious whether you could just walk in and look round. We went to the service area only to ignored by staff and eventually my husband had to ask if it's ok to look round. Given we had travelled an hour to visit we wandered round but didn't feel we now wanted to ask to look in as we both felt disappointed by the customer service experience on arrival. Bought some motorhome parts online from Tyne Valley MH and some bits were missing from the package. Jackie couldn't have been more helpful getting it all sorted - class customer service all round! Highly recommended, will purposely buy from them again.
As discuused with simon and Johnathon ,I travelled 500 miles round trip to view motorhome. I took my motorhome to part ex. When I got there. They looked at my service history. And told me the last service was completed to early. So they didn't want my motorhome. It's a 70 plate elddis 115. Why didn't they ask me for the service details before I travelled. Simon was arrogant and very rude. Wasted a full day and full tank of fuel.
Just picked our campervan up from Tyne Valley Motorhomes. What can I say... from our first visit to enquire until the day we collected, the service was excellent. The staff are so welcoming, friendly and very professional. The handover was extremely thorough and all of our questions answered with lots of advice and tips for us as first timers. Can't wait for our first road trip.
